 Springer Nature set to publish official journal of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration from 2019
Springer Nature, a global publisher that serves and supports the research community, will publish the international peer-reviewed journal Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration (MME) of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration (SME), beginning January 2019 with volume 36. The journal was previously published by SME under the title Minerals & Metallurgical Processing. Its scope has now been broadened to represent the full spectrum of interests of the society.

 SAGE Publishing to publish the Journal of Comorbidity
Academic publisher SAGE Publishing will publish The Journal of Comorbidity (JOC). The first SAGE issue of the open access journal will publish in July 2018. The journal is a global information resource that focuses on different aspects of medicine in order to publish the optimum research for dealing with comorbidity and multimorbidity.

 AAAS adopts Dimensions to expand analytical capabilities
Digital Science and the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) have announced an agreement that will provide Dimensions to the publishing organisation within AAAS. The Dimensions platform brings together over 95 million publications, $1.3tn of grants, 400,000 clinical trials, 35 million patents, and their associated metrics. Dimensions enables publishers to delve into a breadth of data and metrics to perform invaluable analyses and translate them into actionable business intelligence.
