STM publisher Elsevier has announced the launch of NanoImpact, a new multidisciplinary journal that is devoted to publishing cutting edge research addressing the behaviour and impact of nanomaterials on human health and environmental systems. The journal welcomes article submissions in the following four main areas of research: human nanotoxicology, econanotoxicology, exposure, and risk- and lifecycle assessment.

Springer collaborates with Beijing Institute of Technology Press |
STM publisher Springer will collaborate with the Beijing Institute of Technology Press on the publication of books, journals and digital databases covering the Beijing Institute of Technology’s (BIT) strongest research disciplines. The first major project in the collaboration is the launch of the international book series Key Technology for New Energy Vehicles, which has secured the full support of the Beijing Institute of Technology.

The Triological Society and publisher John Wiley and Sons, Inc. have announced the launch of a new open access publication, Laryngoscope Investigative Otolaryngology. Laryngoscope Investigative Otolaryngology is a peer-reviewed open access journal focused on the rapid dissemination of the science and practice of otolaryngology head and neck surgery. The new title is a companion journal to The Laryngoscope and will publish high-quality, original research across the spectrum of basic and clinical otolaryngology.
