Scope e-Knowledge Center (Scope), a leading provider of knowledge services and a Quatrro Global Services company, has announced a partnership with Springer Nature, one of the leading global publishing companies. Under the terms of the agreement, Scope’s team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and certified taxonomists will build and maintain knowledge models (taxonomies and thesaurus) for the global publisher’s various online information products.

Elsevier acquires the Social Science Research Network |
STM publisher Elsevier has announced the acquisition of the Social Science Research Network (SSRN). Founded in 1994, SSRN is a Rochester, NY-based scholarly research preprint repository and online community. SSRN will be further developed alongside Mendeley, a London-based free reference manager and scholarly collaboration network owned by Elsevier.
