Publisher John Wiley and Sons Inc. has announced that it has been selected by the American Oil Chemists’ Society (AOCS) as publishing partner for its scholarly journals in the science and technology of oils, fats, surfactants and related materials. Founded in 1909, AOCS is an international professional society with over 4,000 members.
