The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) has announced the launch of the third journal in its Science Partner Journal program, Biomedical Engineering (BME) Frontiers, the official journal of Suzhou Institute of Biomedical Engineering and Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (SIBET CAS).BME Frontiers will be distributed by AAAS in association with SIBET CAS.

 The National Library of Medicine accepts Ophthalmology® Retina for inclusion in Medline/PubMed
The National Library of Medicine has accepted Ophthalmology® Retina for inclusion in Medline/PubMed, the first time it has accepted a printed, monthly U.S. ophthalmology journal in 12 years. The journal publisher, Elsevier, is working with Medline/PubMed to have Ophthalmology Retina articles appear in Medline in about four to six weeks. Indexing will begin with the current year/volume.

EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO) has formally partnered with StackMapTM, a digital platform for indoor mapping, so that customers may benefit from StackMap’s integrated services with EBSCO Discovery ServiceTM (EDS) in addition to other catalogues, easing the process of physically locating items in libraries in an effort to enhance the patron experience. StackMap, a library company founded in 2008, looks to empower patrons via indoor collection mapping.
