The second iteration of the pilot will now see four times more Springer Nature content being rolled out across the ResearchGate platform, including content from specialised Springer journals. This enhanced accessibility means more Springer Nature authors will benefit from this partnership along with more Springer Nature-published content on the ResearchGate platform for ResearchGate users to access, download and share. Medical knowledge provider BMJ is working in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MoH) of Kazakhstan to implement its Clinical Decision Support (CDS) Training Initiative, a three-year programme aimed at improving detection, diagnosis and management of infectious diseases in Kazakhstan. The main strength of any health system is the knowledge of its healthcare providers. Health systems around the world fall behind because proven information doesn’t reach frontline providers fast enough. Liam will lead on a portfolio of services containing licensing, library, content, discovery and open access as well as Jisc’s provision of the UK Data Service, effective August 1.
