ASTM International has announced that the Smart and Sustainable Manufacturing Systems (SSMS) journal has been included in Elsevier’s Scopus index, a highly-regarded designation which reflects quality research. Scopus, Elsevier’s abstract and citation database, covers over 36,000 titles from more than 11,500 publishers.

The Society for Scholarly Publishing has announced that Jacklyn Lord has joined the SSP team as Marketing and Operations Manager, effective July 15. She is responsible for all marketing and communications and provides support for the Fellowship Program, Mentorship Program, Peer Group Networks, the Board of Directors, and the Nominating and Awards Committee. She will also oversee SSP’s operations and provide administrative support for the Society.
